About: India’s Lost World
Imagine a place, a secret and secluded land with head hunting tribes still holding onto their ancient traditions, tiger infested forests, jungle clad mountains shrouded in mist and raging waterfalls.
The remote states of north east India are among the least explored places on this planet. They reveal a world of dramatic landscapes, magnificent wild life, and secret 20km underground caves. This truly is India’s Lost World. They are hard to reach, have a turbulent history and for many years closed to foreigners. These unexplored and isolated lands are bordered by Bhutan to the north, Burma to the east, the Indian Ocean to the south and Bangladesh to the west. Life flourishes in this beautiful, pristine, lush green mountainous world. It teems with life. The people themselves are scarcely known to the western world. Nomadic Knights are the only adventure company to offer a motorcycle tour through all of the “Seven Sisters” states taking the routes we ride. Are you up for a proper adventure?

HOW DO YOU GET HERE?
There are no international inbound direct flights into Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi Airport (Guwahati International Airport) as far as I know therefore all inbound flights fly in via Delhi from where you can connect to Guwahati.
You need to arrive on the start day of the trip which is the 14.03.2020. If you want to arrive earlier then please contact the resort directly and mention that you are part of Nomadic Knights motorcycle group.
The best way to get to the starting point hotel is by taxi. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost around 1,000INR ($15.00 USD) and as always ask the price first. UBER is available in Guwahati.
The journey to the starting point hotel is around 45kms and will take around one hour depending on traffic.
The address of our starting point hotel is, Brahmaputra Jungle Resort, near Laxmi Institute of Physical Education, Kamarkushi Amching Jorabad Road, Tapesia, Sonapur, Guwahati. Tel : 0091 9706 099380
The taxi drivers will know where the resort is.
If there are any problems you can call Alex on his mobile: 0091 9623 048879.
We end the trip in Guwahati on the 27.03.2020 and leave the next day on the 28.03.2020. We will have transport available from the hotel in Guwahati to take you back to the drop off point which will be Guwahati International Airport. The journey will take around one hour. If you do not wish to be dropped at Guwahati airport please make your own arrangements with the driver as he will be only too happy to help.
It’s likely that your outbound flight will be via Delhi. Please make sure that you have checked in at least two hours prior to your flights, inward and outbound.
